Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period at modesty@modestyboudoir.com.

Exceptions Custom or sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process Returns must be requested and processed via the MRW returns portal within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. A return shipping fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee.

Exchanges Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for the same style in a different size.

Standard shipping is free. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

We ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays will be processed the following week.

We currently ship within the European Union only.

Orders within Spain and Portugal are shipped with MRW and are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the destination.

International orders within the European Union are handled by Correos and include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel throughout delivery. Delivery times for orders outside Spain and Portugal are usually 5–7 business days.

Once your order has been collected, you will receive a notification confirming that your parcel is on its way.

Any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges may be applied by the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
